These guys are just starting out, but already I can tell they're on to something. Blown away so far with the level of service they provide, and the quality of work they do when something needs to be fixed or attended to. My tenants love them as well, which no one ever says about a property manager, but they wrote me to tell me so. They provide great tools as well that they built as the startup they are. Has been a pleasure to work with David and Jordan on their team, and Francisco as well has done an awesome job. Can't recommend them enough.

Finally. I’ve gone through too many property managers to finally get to Belong. I don’t think it’s that tough to be professional in this line of work but my experience told me otherwise. Belong did a great job finding a tenant, and taking care of my home overall. I’m a big fan and look forward to giving them my next house to manage if I continue to buy in the Bay Area.

They always return our calls and messages. Very courteous on the phone and I feel like they really CARE about people. Unlike Some other predatory leasers/property management.

The Belong team has the best top-notch Concierge service in the industry. As a rental owner myself and well versed in the rental industry, it's hard to find a company that will bend over backwards for you. Belong has proven that it will put forth extra effort to make it a win for the you, your home, and residents. Repairs. It's helpful to have an in-house team and a vendor network as needed. No more annoying and overpriced services via google search! Communication. Talking to one assigned concierge and not a general call center each time. App. I can use their app or website, both easy to use. Proactive work. I appreciate that work is put in to maintain the home and not just let the home fall apart over time. Long term investment. Belong wants a long-term relationship which is why they push for great results. If you're looking for someone to take care of your home give Belong a try!
